When I first began my young career in the recruiting & staffing industry, I thought that my job was to fill job orders…I had it all wrong. It didn’t take me long to realize that I impact so many lives on a daily basis. I take very seriously the fact that I help shape the career paths of professionals, and enjoy the trust, loyalty, and relationships that develop as a result. I strive to put new career opportunities on the table for job seeking professionals and shepherd them through the process and beyond. I take a similar approach with clients and hiring managers as well. It is critical to understand your clients’ needs and the environment in which their projects are taking place.
