If you have a friend, associate or business that you would like to refer to us…then we’d like to REWARD YOU!
We’ll pay you a referral bonus if your referred professional joins our team or our client’s team…Or if we assign one of our talented professionals to your business referral’s project or company.
Depending on the assignment, project or position, here's how it works...
- All referrals require verification of authorization by the Referred Party (no “Blind Referrals”, please)
- Referrals must work with Hynes on a project assignment or Direct Hire position for at least 520 billed hours to qualify (about 90 days)
- You don’t need to be on a Hynes assignment to qualify for a Referral Bonus (However, you DO have to register in our job system with us. If you have not already created your employment profile, please help us get to know you by clicking Register).
There is no limit to the number of people you can refer….One bonus per referral.
