Does your company provide benefits?

Yes, we provide the same options to our contractors as we do for our internal staff.  The best benefit of all is that our corporate team treats everyone as a Hynes & Company employee and real people are here to help you. For more information about the benefits we offer please click here.

A new benefit for all job seekers in 2011, is Hynes Community, a free gathering place for you to discuss or blog about your job search, ask for tips on your resume, find the best place for lunch near your new client site, etc.  It doesn't end with other job seekers though, our current consultants, recruiting / sales staff, and the occasional industry expert, will also provide valuable information, tips, insight, and answer your questions.

What web browsers is your site compatible with?

While every attempt has been made to make our website's accessibility universal, it is best viewed with Firefox or IE8 for Windows, or Safari for Mac OS X.  In addition all functions of community are available from mobile devices such as the iPhone and iPad.  If you run into issues please use our contact form to let us know.

What should my resume look like?

Resume length should be kept to a minimum (2-3 pages). Your resume should be a snapshot of your experience that will create interest and make the client want to know more about you. It should be a tool to get you that interview, then once you have the interview you can go into more depth about your relative experience. If a job seeker’s resume reads like a small novel, the manager will get lost and likely not understand your core strengths. We also recommend having multiple resumes that focus on specific experience and skills.

Our open jobs change daily and the right opportunity may not be available in that pool.  However, we recognize the value of talent and take a proactive approach to seeking out opportunities for you.  Only 20% of open positions are advertised and our sales team can uncover that hidden gem.

What can I expect after I apply to your company?

Your background will be matched to current opportunities and your skills will be evaluated immediately.  One of our recruiters will contact you if your background meets the requirements of the position you applied to or one of our current positions.  If not, you will be in our database and available to be evaluated as new positions open up on a daily basis.
