Although we won't give away all our secrets, we have taken many precautions to protect your activities on our site; we use SSL encryption, as well as software firewalls to prevent and restrict site access and code injections.  In addition, we use activation emails and reCaptcha technology to prevent non-human accounts from being created.

That being said, we currently consider Hynes Community to be in beta so we would appreciate your feedback if you run into any bugs.

Resume length should be kept to a minimum (2-3 pages). Your resume should be a snapshot of your experience that will create interest and make the client want to know more about you. It should be a tool to get you that interview, then once you have the interview you can go into more depth about your relative experience. If a job seeker’s resume reads like a small novel, the manager will get lost and likely not understand your core strengths. We also recommend having multiple resumes that focus on specific experience and skills.

While every attempt has been made to make our website's accessibility universal, it is best viewed with Firefox or IE8 for Windows, or Safari for Mac OS X.  In addition all functions of community are available from mobile devices such as the iPhone and iPad.

Although we have done a lot of testing on our site, the true test of any site based around user interaction is letting the users run free in it.  We don't expect to stay in beta for long, but because we are in beta status please give us the benefit of the doubt if you run into an error.
